The purpose of the myAward.org is to inform about the award, science or free business or non profit contest, abstract, competition, grant, call for proposals, free sweepstakes, hackathons, free giveaway and more opportunities. By using the myAward.org, the User accepts the following conditions and information. Part of these Terms of Use is the Privacy Information.
Basic concepts
myAward.org: the myAward.org application website and all subpages belonging to the domain.
Operator: supportlocalinitiative.org – Team. The Supportlocalinitiative 2020 is a nonprofit CSR project by Kiss Anita Rita EU (AT).
Content: All textual, graphic, video and still news material on the website.
Service: The awards and more event’s applications, contents presentation and the myAward.org club, newsletters provided by the operator for users. The myAward.org is a unique website that enables you to digitally present the Award, Science Contest, Abstract, Competition, Grant, Call For Proposals and more event, including an registration and sell app. The electronically supplied services fee is per event/invitation for the organization/host. With the questions about the promoted content, the contact person is the host. Contact details for the host can be found on the event invitation. With exclusive contents and with registration from 01. 05. 2021 available in the myAward.org Club. The membership fee is depending on the industry (nonprofit host and business host).
User: The natural or legal person or organization without legal personality who uses the services of the website.
Subscriber: The user subscribing to the free application newsletter is a natural or legal person or an organization without legal personality. The user subscribing to the paid services of the website and ordering it.
Visit
The user acknowledges that the myAward.org operator does not publish full calls for proposals, but at the end of each call for proposals indicates the original source (if possible, in form of a link) from which users can obtain further information. The myAward.org only provides information and information services.
Use of cookies
When using the website, we automatically place small data files (‘cookies’) containing the user’s data on the user’s computer. The user will not receive any further notification from the operator.

Subscribe to newsletter
Subscription to the newsletter for individuals is suspended indefinitely. (Data provided by the user when subscribing: name and email address.)
Our newsletters for individuals, NGOs, institutions, municipalities and entrepreneurs operate as part of our subscription service. The subscription is for a period of one year, before expiration we will notify subscribers about the expiration of their subscription and will provide the option to renew the subscription.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter can be done using the link in the newsletter (unsubscribe) or by sending an email in response to the newsletter requesting to unsubscribe from the newsletter. After unsubscribing from the newsletter, the operator will delete (destroy) the personal data of the users within 48 hours and will not keep it in any way.
In case of violation of these terms of use of the myAward.org or any violation of the law, the operator may delete any user from the newsletter.
Use of Portal Content
The written consent of the operator is required for the re-publication of the summary of each award with unchanged text or without significant changes.
The user undertakes to indicate the myAward.org as a source in the case of material received from the website and communicated with unchanged text or without significant changes.
The operator takes over the essential elements of the content of the Website from the awards of the awards (in many cases at the special request and on behalf of the awards), in each case indicating the link of the source.
The automatic, indiscriminate downloading of the content of the website by software or other means, the mirroring of the site, is strictly prohibited.
Please note that calls for proposals are generally available in full on the awards’ website. Their use for any purpose is not the responsibility of the myAward.org operator.
Publication of Awards and more
The operator may place information on awards at the request of awards or without it.
The operator may, at its own discretion, refuse to publish to invitations if, for example, they infringe racial, religious, national, gender, political affiliation and freedom of conscience, infringe the operator’s business interests or their potential target group is too small.
The operator shall amend the award notices and their details at the request of the award, and delete them if necessary.
The sending of calls for proposals in our newsletter for the appropriate target group is free of charge.
We will inform you about the fee for the electronically supplied services in the obligation-free offer.
The conditions for publishing invitations can be found in the Terms of use (see below). Invitations submitted will usually be published within 2-3 days.
Our editorial staff decides on the publication of the sent calls for proposals. At our own discretion, we may refuse to publish calls for proposals if
they violate racial, religious, national, ethnic, gender, political affiliation and freedom of conscience
violate the business interests of our company
their potential target group is too small
the call does not contain the minimum content elements (see below)
We do not publish the following types of applications and calls, even if a separate fee is paid:
Tenders
Tenders for direct commercial purposes (e.g. tenders allowing the sale of a product or service at a price x% (lower)
Proposals subject to a disproportionately high entry fee
Computers, IT equipment so-called applications for ‘free’ distribution
Applications for free or discounted websites
Job applications
Gambling ( § 2 Abs. 1 GSpG, AT)
Minimum content conditions for the publication of applications (in Application Form):
Event Name – Name of the award and more, formulation of the specific subject and purpose of the award and more
Application deadline – start, end
Repeat period – does not repeat, daily, weekly on wednesday, every weekday
Description – text with insert link – website/URL1, host industry – form’s list, name of the target group of the application, method of selecting the winners and legal entities, criteria, information on judges, open or closed votes or without a jury
Event’s photo or video – Upload file, max. file size 25 MB or import file from a public URL like (https://example.com/) – website/URL2
Event type– from list (“Invitation” website’s filter)
Venue – name, address, website /URL3)
Host contact information – name, phone, email, host website /URL4, host’s Logo – upload file (max. file size 25 MB) or import file from a public URL (form: https://example.com/) -website/URL5
Tags – more information about your event to be displayed as tags. Use tags to feature information like room number, floor, speaker, music style, etc.
Event color – form: abc(123, 456, 789)
Button, button text – Link to the original version of the application, if not, the call in word or pdf format, website/URL6. The button’s text is standard: “More Infos”. If you would like to change the standard text of the button (for example if the button link is related to a payment: “Apply with pay”), please give us the new button text.
Caption – Add short information to be displayed below the button. E.g.: tickets price, tickets availability and other additional information for your call to action for example: “Early Bird Discount 30% OFF”.
Tender writing, tender consulting, other services
The operator of the myAward.org, the supportlocalinitiative.org – team, and Anita Rita Kiss B.A. M.A. EPU does not provide tender application, tender writing or tender application consulting services, nor does the operation of the website itself qualify as such (for example EU tenders).
Operator promotes third party services on the myAward.org. For these services, the operator shall indicate the name of the organization providing the service.
The Anita Rita Kiss B.A. M.A. EPU (www.anitaritakiss.com) does provide video production, award management, digital/hybrid event management, publishing of books, art and music and consulting services.
Responsibility
The operator does not take any responsibility in connection with the activities of the users related to the writing of the application, its success or failure.
The operator shall not be liable in case of temporary unavailability of the myAward.org.
The operator shall not be liable for any damages due to the destruction, delayed arrival or other errors of the messages (newsletter) transmitted in electronic form, as the Internet is an open network that cannot be considered completely secure.
The operator does not accept the myAward.org content in its entirety, only publishes the essential elements of the myAward.org content. In all cases, the user is obliged to view the page of the given call for myAward.org content and to contact the given caller organization.
The content downloaded on the myAward.org following the sources and external links indicated at the end of the calls for proposals, is not under the influence of the operator.

We will never rent, or sell your information, or otherwise use your information for purposes other than what is specified herein.
The information collected about you may be shared with third parties to facilitate the serving of advertising on the website. Some of these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) may use technology such as cookies and web beacons and may collect additional information about you. myAward.org provides applications that contain entry forms that collect information about you on behalf of other third-parties. myAward.org makes this information available to the third-parties that have created the campaign running on myAward.org’s servers. We will not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13, we will remove its information from our servers. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that children are not using the Service.
